Get Ready for the 27th Annual Greek Festival
The 27th Annual Greek Festival on Okaloosa Island
Taking place in our neighboring community on Okaloosa Island, the 27th Annual Greek Festival is an event you don’t want to miss! Held during Labor Day Weekend, the festival showcases Greek culture with authentic cuisine, desserts, drinks, and live entertainment. The festival occurs on Friday, August 31 from 4-9 PM, Saturday, September 1 from 11 AM-9 PM, and then Sunday, September 2 from 11AM-4PM at the Emerald Coast Convention Center.
The featured band, The Kosta Kostanis, will perform music during the event, so bring your dancing shoes! Meanwhile, theĀ festival menu features multiple flavorful gyros, Souvlaki, Pastitsio, Baklava, and more! We’re getting hungry just thinking about all the delicious Greek food…
In addition to the live music, The Saints Markella and Demetrios Greek Dancers will perform throughout the event. After their performance, stop by any of the vendor booths. The booths feature handmade crafts, books, Orthodox items, and more. You can also visit the Greek Orthodox Church display to learn about the 2,000-year-old Orthodox faith. Then, a silent auction will be held Saturday, September 1 at 3 PM.
